Your use of the www.renaitex.com site implies the full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described in the following paragraphs:

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The management and operation of the website www.renaitex.com, hereinafter referred to as RENAITEX LDA., Are the responsibility of the company RENAITEX - CONFEÇÃO EXPORTAÇÃO E IMPORTAÇÃO LDA., Headquartered at Rua dos Descobrimentos, 467 4520-025 Escapães, with the phone 256 422 422, e-mail: renaitex.renaitex@gmail.com, taxpayer no. 502333529, registered in the Santa Maria da Feira trade register under the same number.

1.2. All the rules and procedures contained in this document do not contradict in any way or form the applicable legislation in force, and its purpose is to frame the rights and duties of the visitor's relationship with RENAITEX ONLINE.

1.3. Prices and promotions on RENAITEX ONLINE are specific and may only be valid for limited periods of time, however the prices in force on RENAITEX ONLINE, provided they are more favorable to the customer, prevail whenever there is inconsistency between the information that is provided on this site and that practiced in our physical stores.

1.4. RENAITEX ONLINE does not sell to the final consumer, only to stores and warehouses.

2. ABOUT THE CONTENTS

2.1. The images, information and all other contents herein are intended for private use and are not allowed to be used for purposes outside the scope of RENAITEX ONLINE.

2.2. RENAITEX ONLINE will always endeavor to ensure that all information disclosed on the site is free of publication errors, so it is our commitment to make all necessary corrections whenever an error is detected that may change the user's perception of the site.

2.3. Without prejudice to the previous point, any changes to the contents of the site will only be enforceable between the parties after their effective online publication.

2.4. The images presented are intended exclusively to illustrate the indicated articles, and are not themselves capable of any commercial transaction between the user and RENAITEX ONLINE.

2.5. The site has been optimized for a view with a resolution of 1024x768 or higher, and RENAITEX ONLINE does not assume any responsibility, in any case in which the visualization of the same is poor or impossible.

2.6. The color tones of the product images displayed on the users screen may appear different from the reality and depend on factors outside the sphere of responsibility of RENAITEX ONLINE, such as the characteristics of the user's computer equipment.

2.7. The accessories and complements shown in the pictures are never included, except when expressly indicated.

3. PRICE

3.1. The sales prices published on www.renaitex.com are in euros. These prices do not include the rates and taxes required by law and are valid unless there is a publication error or a stock break.

3.2. Except where expressly indicated, the sales prices of the published products do not include delivery services.

3.3. RENAITEX ONLINE reserves the right to modify the sale prices at the times it deems most convenient, in compliance with the law, and to ensure the commitments already made with its customers with the exceptions indicated in section 3.1.

3.4 If there are errors in marking the sales price, we will do everything possible to correct them as soon as possible. If any of the products are marked incorrectly and until RENAITEX ONLINE makes the corresponding corrections, the constant in points 1.3, 2.2 and 2.3 will be applied.

4. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

4.1. All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of difficulties in the supply of products or the exhaustion of the stocks of a product, we shall inform you immediately of the unavailability and reserve the right to provide the user with information about replacement products of equal or superior quality, that the user can order.

4.2. If You choose not to order the replacement products, we will refund any amount paid by you for missing products up to a period of 30 days.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Notwithstanding what is stated in clause 4 above regarding the availability of the product, and except in the case of extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to send the order for the product (s) referred to in each Shipment Confirmation before the date indicated in the Order Confirmation in question or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time indicated when selecting the delivery method and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation .

5.2. Delays may also occur for reasons such as customization of products, unforeseen circumstances, or problems in the delivery zone. If we are unable to comply with the delivery date for reasons not arising from our responsibility, the user will be informed of this situation and will be able to proceed with the purchase, set a new delivery date or cancel the order. If the user chooses to cancel the purchase, he / she will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, without prejudice to all other rights that may be granted under the applicable legislation.

5.3. We do not deliver at home on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

5.4. RENAITEX ONLINE reserves the right to charge a certain amount for the delivery of the products in specific cases, which will be calculated according to the table in force.

5.5. The delivery or delivery prices do not include the use of special means of transport or access, such as external ladders or cranes, or alterations of civil construction in doors, windows, stairs or other structures of the property. Whenever the object of delivery does not fit in the accesses, the delivery is considered to be done on the ground floor of the address in question.

5.6. For the purposes of these Conditions, the "delivery" shall be deemed to have occurred or that the order was "delivered" at the time the User or any third party designated by him takes physical possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature from the order receipt record to the agreed delivery address.

5.7. RENAITEX ONLINE advises the customer by telephone or email about the total amount to be charged before the order is shipped.

5.8. The delivery of the orders will be made by the carrier:

CTT Expresso, for Continental Portugal.
Azores and Madeira archipelago, via the buyer's forwarding agent.
AZKAR Dachser, for Spain and France.
Via buyer's freight, inside and outside the European union except Spain and France.
 
5.9. The carrier will deliver the order to the address indicated for delivery on the order.

If there is no one at the place of delivery indicated for the receipt of the order, the carrier will leave a notification for it to be picked up at the nearest post office and indicating a deadline to stay for it. After this legal deadline for the delivery of the order, it will be returned to our warehouse and the customer must make a new payment of shipping cost for their resend.

6. MODES OF PAYMENT

6.1. Bank transfer
If you wish to make your payment by bank transfer, RENAITEX, LDA will send you by email the necessary data to make your payment:

After making the payment, you must send the proof of payment to the email renaitex.renaitex@gmail.com, mentioning the order number.

Upon receipt of proof and confirmation of your payment your order will be sent.

6.2. Billing payment
Pay your order at the time of delivery, directly to the carrier (valid only for Continental Portugal).

7. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

7.1. Due to the customer's withdrawal within 14 days or less from the receipt of the order: RENAITEX will only reimburse the order value without the pre-paid shipping costs.
The refund or exchange is made upon receipt of the return at our facilities.
 
7.2. Due to the customer's withdrawal within a period of more than 14 days from the receipt of the order: RENAITEX reserves the right not to refund any amount paid.

7.3. In the event of a manufacturing defect:

- If a manufacturing defect is found, RENAITEX will cover all expenses and ensure the merchandise is exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
- In case of vandalism or bad faith, RENAITEX reserves the right not to reimburse or exchange merchandise.

7.4. Returns or exchanges must be sent to the following address:

No refunds are accepted for the charge.

7.5. Returns or exchange for any manufacturing defect, RENAITEX ONLINE will collect the item through its carrier.

8. LITIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

8.1. For any litigation arising from the application of these General Conditions of Use, the Court of the Santa Maria da Feira District will be competent, expressly waiving any other.

8.2. Alternative dispute resolution - Consumers

In accordance with the provisions of article 18 of Law no. 144/2015, 8 September, RENAITEX. informs is Customers, who are consumers in the definition provided in said Law, which can consult the website of the Directorate General of Consumers (available at http://www.consumidor.pt) the complete list and the respective contacts of the Resolution Entities Alternative Consumer Litigation ("RAL Entities") available in Portugal.
